Physiotherapist
Maleen du Toit qualified 1999 B.Physt at the University of Pretoria. She fininshed her contract at the Military Base Langebaanweg where after she started her own practice in December 2013. The practice has since grown to a total of 4 full time physiotherapists and three supporting staff.

She has a special interest in back and neck pain, and through Neuroscience Education she understands that there is more to pain that just a spine or a joint or an injured muscle. Maleen has educated herself extensively through the McKenzie Institute after doing the International Lumbar and Cervical Spine Courses. Chronic Pain is a growing problem that is faced by everyday patients. Being part of the South African Society of Physiotherapy’s Chronic Pain Group and attending numerous courses on the subject has equipped her with the necessary skills to assist chronic pain patients. Spinal mobilization and manipulation, Kinesiotaping, Dry Needling, personalised exercise programs and Electrotherapy are contributing modalities in enhancing the patient’s recovery process.
It is a great privilege to work with renowned surgeons, like Dr Martin Storm, due to the fact that up-to –date technology and protocols are used to improve the patient’s quality of life.
