Consulting services:

This practice electronically submits your account to your medical aid. The balance of your consultation (or the full amount if your consultation benefit is exhausted) is payable upon service delivery.

Consultations are as follows:

o Initial consultation:  R1300
o Follow-up consultation:  R820.00
o Extended consultation:  R1450.00

Theatre procedures:

You are provided with a quote for surgery stipulating the amount payable by the fund and by yourself. Please address any queries in this regard before the date of service delivery. Internal prosthesis benefits differ between funds and plans and you have to confirm your benefit with your medical aid before surgery.
